Loan & Lease is a financial calculator application compatible with iPhone, iPad, and Mac. It offers synchronization of quotes across multiple devices when iCloud is activated. The app includes a range of features:

• Solve For a Target: Calculate either the loan advance amount or payment values.
• Deposit: Add an upfront payment at the beginning of the loan term.
• Residual: Input the remaining balance at the end of the term.
• Compounding: Customize the compounding method and frequency.
• Cost of Funds and Margin: Specify the lender's required yield, broken down into CoF and Margin.
• Initial Payments: Define the initial payment multiplier due on the start date.
• Payment Frequency: Select the regular payment interval (Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, Annual).
• Initial Pause: Set the months before the borrower's first regular payment.
• Regular Payments: Determine the total payments excluding initial payments.
• Terminal Pause: Indicate the months after the last regular payment for residual fees.
• Subsidy: Note any funds received from vendors or partners.
• Commission: Record any intermediary fees paid by the funder.
• NPV: View the Net Present Value based on cash flows discounted using Cost Of Funds.

The app allows quote sharing by email and importing quotes from other users. Upgrading to the Professional Version via in-app purchase eliminates the update screen and unlocks additional features for all iOS and Mac devices:

• Date of First Regular Payment: Select this date.
• Seasonal Payment Profile: Adjust payments based on monthly variations.
• Variable Payment Profile: Set fixed payments, add sundry payments (e.g., VAT deferral).
• Project Drawdown Profile: Include extra loan amounts after initial advances.
